What broadband speed can I get?

How do I check my current broadband speed?
You can run an unthrottled line test via an Ethernet connection using an online speedtest utility. Ensure no background system data syncs or heavy streaming applications are running simultaneously to get an accurate reading of your network throughput.
How do I switch from another broadband provider?

Broadband provisioning packages are subject to a fixed 12 or 18-month service term agreement, mandatory credit validation checks, and underlying physical network availability.
Voice & Emergency Services Warning: Unless you have explicitly integrated an enterprise Voice over IP (VoIP) virtual line system, there is no voice call service included when you purchase Elexaar home broadband. You will have no dial tone and will not be able to make or receive standard phone calls, including emergency service routing calls to 999 or 112.
Operational Throughput Guarantee: We guarantee wirespeed transit performance metrics right to your premises network hardware interface. Line throughput speed can be verified using an authenticated network terminal dashboard utility. If line delivery parameters drop below our promised baseline thresholds due to an infrastructure fault within Elexaar's direct control, and cannot be restored within 30 operational days, billing remedies will be applied pursuant to your platform service level agreement (SLA). This explicitly excludes external power outages, local area network (LAN) bottlenecks, and consumer-side routing hardware failures outside of our network core bounds.
Openreach Wholesale Engineering & Installation: Physical infrastructure drops, fiber cable splicing paths, and internal Optical Network Terminal (ONT) wall-box connections are provided in partnership with certified Openreach network engineers. To authorize deployment work, the target premises must reside within our active UK mainland or Northern Ireland footprint, and you must own the property or possess explicit written authorization from the landlord or managing agent. A legally responsible adult authorized to approve equipment placement must be present throughout the scheduled engineering time-slot window. Appointment cancellations or modification requests must be processed via your client billing account at least one full working day prior to the engineering visit to prevent standard missed-appointment infrastructure charges.
Network Threat Protection & Filtering Controls: Advanced data threat monitoring frameworks and secure content filtering engines are available to configure directly via your portal dashboard profile. Elexaar accepts no operational or legal liability for third-party automated site classification matrix profiles or database filter sorting paths. Account profile data resets or account termination choices will permanently erase your custom access rules, which will require manual reconfiguration upon subsequent service re-activation.
